At JHPUSA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn and unwashed apparel. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.

  Ship the Package

  Securely pack your items and drop them off at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
