Works Bell Rapfix Key Lock System +e
For use with the Works Bell Rapfix quick release. It provides extra security by locking the quick release when the steering wheel is removed. Includes a new "Plus-E function" has been added to increase security by sounding a horn that sounds if the key lock is pushed inadvertently when it is locked.
