The EFK2 K-series engine mount kit for 88-91 Honda Civic/CRX allows the head of either a K20 or K24 to remain in the same spot.

Note: This kit will NOT fit with a stock US civic/crx hood (trimming under skeleton and hood itself is required).  Hasport recommends upgrading to an SiR style hood or complete front end to relieve any K-series valve cover to hood clearances.
